Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your order to you at the place of delivery requested by you at the time of your order checkout. Your order will be delivered through courier service provider appointed by us. We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to deliver your order due to uncontrollable circumstances.Delivery charge for failed attempted delivery due to no recipient at the point of delivery or incorrect address will borne by you. Additional fee will be charged for redelivery service.

  1. Delivery Time Frame

We aim to have your products delivered to you in the shortest time possible.

For delivery in major cities in West Malaysia           :               2-3 working days
For delivery in major cities in East Malaysia              :               3-5 working days
For delivery in outskirt area, additional of 2-3 working days are needed to deliver your products.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delayed deliveries caused by the courier companies.
